Congratulations to the Scritchfield family, winners of our drawing for a $50 gift card after completing the Compass Walk selfie contest. Kayla Scritchfield said her girls were very excited to find out that they had won, “We will use the gift card to visit Blacksmith Coffee,” she said.

The contest consisted of four sites scattered around town to visit with instructions to snap a selfie and send it in for the drawing. The Scritchfields also made a visit to a fifth bonus site, our studio at 105 N. Main for their final snap! Great job guys!

Special thanks to everyone around Lindsborg for staying safe while getting out there and exercising in the fresh spring air. We love Lindsborg!

Instead of a power nap, Dale Sader uses powered flight to get energized at the end of the day. The long time pilot and rural Lindsborg resident loves sharing the sky and the feeling of freedom found in his 2-seat ultralight aircraft. Over the years he has given the gift of flight to over 135 passengers, including his dog, Sako who now wears goggles and regularly straps in for a ride in the sky.

March 21, 2020 Dala Town
The stories are hanging on the walls next to artistic pieces that have been treasured in homes and studios around the Smoky Valley for years.  Marsha Howe, Director of the Raymer Society and co-chair of Lindsborg Collects Lindsborg Art, says the backbone to the exhibit is sharing the stories about why a certain painting or work resonates with the collector. DalaTown.com
