Instead of a stone monument, new memories were made to mark the passing of 150 years in Lindsborg over the Independence Day weekend as thousands with a connection to Little Sweden connected with each other. The Lindsborg swim team hosted a quad meet over the weekend at the municipal pool in Riverside Park. The aquatic festival was a chance for families to gather and watch a medley of 80 events as competitors from ages 5 to 18 hit the water and raced for the gold.
