Bailey Roberts saw a need at Smoky Valley High School to improve the recycling program. The 2019 SVHS graduate worked diligently through her senior year to find grant money and allies in the community to launch the plan in cooperation with USD 400 and the McPherson Area Solid Waste Utility (MASWU).
