Amenities: We have access to some chairs, but depending on how many people, you might need to provide some of those. We also have a few tables, which you're welcome to use. There's a small refrigerator, a coffeepot and carafe, a hot water kettle for tea and a bathroom available as well. We do ask the renters to clean up the studio, or course, put back any furniture, and also be conscious of noise level especially beyond 8 pm, as the vacation rentals are upstairs and sometimes occupied. *
