Lindsborg set the dial on its time machine back to the 60’s and 70’s with the annual Lindsborg In Bloom festival in downtown. Visitors and residents alike enjoyed the special deals inside the stores, while keeping the groove on the street with a thumping DJ booth and funky decorations all around. A baseball journey that began in Lindsborg, Kansas took Del Lundgren from Little Sweden to the Big Leagues in the 1920s. Del played his first professional games for the Salina Millers before being signed by the Pittsburgh Pirates and Bostos Red Sox.
